Add Counterplay to Dominate Creature & Mind Blank Interaction

I would like to propose a spell change related to dominated creatures: Currently anyone throwing a mind blank around in large groups can instantly free the dominated creatures. The equivalent exchange would be someone resummoning a creature if Word of Faith is used, but WoF can have counterplay with sequenced mantles, SR, etc. and also requires you to be hostile to the target(s); mind blank has zero counterplay because it is applied to both friendly AND hostile creatures with no save and often could be accidentally done by someone reapplying buffs even amongst your own party. I would like to see mind blank not apply to dominated creatures if friendly and require some sort of save if it comes from a hostile-to-the-creature source.

EDIT: I forgot to include Clarity which obviously has the same effect and should be included for this, especially since it is wandable. Gratitude for the one who pointed it out.
