Deva on hit effect is not removable with Pray.

Description of Bug Experienced:
Deva on hit manipulation stun effect doesn't get removed by praying.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have anyone able to summon a Deva, summon one. Have said Deva hit you until the manipulation save fails. The stun lasts about 13 seconds and it isn't removable.

Expected Result:
Deva stun being removed by pray or similar abilities. (Having an ally using Mind Blank does remove it)

Actual Result:
Stun isn't getting removed.

Did you have any other effects applied on you?

Edited for grammar to make it worse, probably.
