Description:
Took out a contract for asssassin's that lead to the Road to Benwick - neither the benwick lake or the southern crossroads had any sign of the target. The location "road to light keep", between southern crossroads and Benwick is entirely gone, and I assume that was the area the NPC was supposed to spawn.
Expected Result:
Contract spawn on the road to light keep/road to benwick forest
Result:
No enemy spawn anywhere.
