As the title says. Remember that time when Weavemaster used to get all spells that it could quicken (not auto quicken. Quicken.) without -any- cool downs? Yeah. That time.
Bring it back.
The power disposition difference between "Sorcerer with endless fireballs" and "Warlock with endless fiends" remains redundant to debate anyway, and if Ice Storm was a problem, I'm inclined to believe it wouldn't remain on fiend locks (whom get -more- out of it anyway)!
Such just brings Weavemastery to par, and makes those that choose to invest in the class not feel stonewalled into multi classing for solo viability (and, consequently, viability in 80% of situations).
I'll state this with emphasis: Nothing a Sorcerer could do with 4th circle spells unlimited will ever outdo what a fiend lock can; whereas having it at a level where most can spam Wail of the Banshee is highly overrated. The ability to get a broader selection of options dulls when you realize you're doing nothing for as much as one minute.
Being a character that is ever without -something- to do quickly becomes a dull experience.
