I'd like to suggest that there be craftable armour stands that we can use to place outfits on and they be visible - this could be used for all sorts of RP!
A spy has multiple disguises set up in their home - a few armour stands with various Sneaky Outfits on them; potential for espionage RP!
Guilds/Orgs with uniforms can have one set upon a stand for others to use as inspiration for their own uniforms.
Merchants who run boutiques/Tailoring stores could have outfit stands with examples of their work on them!
