There are a lot of standard consumables that people use on live that aren't available for build tests on the PGCC. Off the top of my head:
1. Shield Pots
2. Stronger haste pots
3. Mage armor scrolls
4. Bless weapon scrolls
5. Higher level Barkskin potions (ideally also wands for LMs to test with)
It'd be nice if these were added (and probably other things I've missed) so that you don't need to either transport stuff over from Live or do mentally add additional modifiers when testing builds out.
