Some races get a gift that they can take to change up their stats a bit, to make them more favorable for casting (usually).
Like ogre magi, clergy drow (gone now), firbolg moon-seer, etc.
I really like the idea of losing a bit of something to gain something else, and there's a few races that I think would be nice to have included in that. Stuff like forest gnomes, ghostwise halfling, wild elves to have a +2 wis option, to make them more druid/shaman caster friendly maybe?
Would especially like to see it on forest gnomes, because atm svirf naturally gives those stats anyway, but that's a very different flavor of gnome. Would be great to see more forest gnome shaman and stuff around.
Maybe there's some other races that could use other stats, too.
