Changes to the Kurtulmattok (Unique Light and Heavy Pick)

Kobolds were given two unique race weapons which are a Light Pick and Heavy Pick. Although they are thematic and interesting, both of these weapons are seldom used because there are other options available that overshadow them. My suggestion is to enhance these unique race weapons to make them more desirable, similar to other unique race weapons like the Goblin Scourge Flail.

For the Light Pick
