Change "Fragments of Theurglass" name

To prevent some confusion when one requests "Fragments of Theurglass" only to be shown "Rough Fragments of Theurglass" by mistake..

I propose to change the name to "Smooth Fragments of Theurglass", or "Whole Fragments of Theurglass" or something to show when one means the intermediate rune and not the lesser.
