I have used the Dis portal several times now yet it has not been recorded in my list of known portal destinations. I presume this has something to do with the recent changes.

The old location for the Two-Way Portal in Dis, is where there is now a SOURCE Portal.
You cannot attune to this.
You must instead attune to the DESTINATION Portal located elsewhere in Dis.
