Description of Bug Experienced:
An error message about an incorrect [Orcish] language when trying to learn the orcish language from the NPC tutor in one of the Dis merchant blocks. The message is followed by one about not recognising a correct phrasebook being present, whereas one is.
Am not certain if this is a consistent error or just one happening presently to myself this reset. Did not have a chance to try with other NPC language teachers to see if such also occurs there.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Possess the proper orcish phrasebook.
- Talk to the Dis orcish teacher about learning the language
Expected Result:
Successful lesson, small progress on the language.
Actual Result:
Two error messages, one about [Orcish] being an incorrect language, other about not owning a correct phrasebook.

Additional Information/Notes
Shortly beforehand, I bought a book bag, though it has not been used at all. No other things that could have caused complications come to mind.
