Player owned bar next to hub west wheel is bgged

The side bar area at the west wheel called The Hub (Inner), the one a player can buy with the trap door hatch to a lower room. When you go into the side room where the hatch is it teleports you into the ceiling. You can click to go into the hatch but when you come back out it just puts you back into the ceiling.

Is this one being worked on at all? I currently own this place and its kind of annoying. haha

This also exists in saltspar's prison storage area just inside the building.
