The Undead on Arelith have always acted as Henchmen with GSF in Necromancy and therefore cannot be dispelled by either spells mentioned in the title.
What I were to suggest is that Banishment and Dismissal inflicts DMG upon these Henchmen, or rolls to "Kick" them from the party, which effectively makes them *Wander Off* or turn hostile to all in the area.

Actually, I'm moving more towards undead not counting as summons (they're animated, not summoned). So if I make any change, it will be to have undead summons not be affected, just like the henchmen!
