This appears to conflict if a Svirfneblin has innate SR, capping at 26 instead of 16+EDD.

Appeared to be a visual bug - corrected once someone cast a hostile spell at me.

The character sheet is generally awful about displaying values that might come from multiple sources and not stack
But since you found it's just a visual bug I'll go ahead and close this report
