We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

  • implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
  • the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
  • the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
    Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to fix everything.

This is probably expected considering the Undead update.

Bard Path. Dirge Singer.

No changes to the base class. Non-good only.

Grants Curse Song at creation.

Bard song - Changed so that it animates an undead servant when cast. This undead creature lasts for as long as bard song lasts. Greater spell focus necromancy grants two undead minions. Does not stack for numbers (so you can't summon more than two undead). Replaces original bard song.
EDIT: Strength of the undead could be based upon level and skill ranks in perform.

Curse song - Has two new effects. Replaces original curse song. Firstly it applies a bolster undead effect on allies, and secondly it produces a control undead effect on an undead within range that fails it's save.

All other bard feats work as normal. Duration extending feats extend the duration of which the undead are summoned/controlled/bolstered for.
