Character: Brec Barkhide / Brec Fuzzypaw
Issue:
I have put in for a name change and have had two resets of the server since both of my service requests have been filled.
Steps to Repro
Unfortunately due to the issues outlined below I am unsure how to give a set of repro steps as it seems to be a backend issue
- In game the name above my head is Brec Barkhide where it should be Brec Fuzzypaw
I can't have anyone speedy me I have taken the following flows with the speedy messenger:
1: Manually enter Brec Barkhide - The character can't be found
2: Manually enter Brec Fuzzypaw - The character can't be found
3: Manually enter Brec - This will auto fill to Brec Fuzzypaw and the message can be delivered to me
Other notes:
On the player portal my name is displayed as Brec Fuzzypaw
When I login and check my account details via the web portal I can see that my name is Brec Fuzzypaw.
Expected:
That the name change to also apply above my characters head & for my character to be reachable via speedy messengers.
