The extra resource gathering seems to be broken. It doesn't report to the combat log that you have an extra chance and casual testing shows it doesn't seem to make any difference. This looks like it was first reported in Jul 2020 and it's still broken.

A look has been taken.
The script looked fine but it had no player feedback.
However it wasn't actually doing nothing for resources gathered from flowers and plants, so I added a check there.
Closing, locking and dunking into the closed reports basket.
