Character had 1 Skill Point at Tailoring since the beginning

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
As in topic. My character after creating had 1 skill point distributed to Tailoring for some reason. I expect to have all skill points to distribute how I want. Funny thing is Arelith Portal says that I have 0 Skill Points in Tailoring. I believe I have seen this issue before, but I thought I did distributed that point on accident.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

1. Create Drow Warlock.
2. Pick Crafting Minor Gift.
3. Log in the game.
4. Click on "Rest" > "Character" > "Trade skills"

Expected Result:
No skill points are distributed on the start.

Actual Result:
One skill point was distributed to Tailoring.

Almost all races get a 1 point in a trade based on their races.
