Underdark: Restful Mind Update

With the update to the Restful Mind, there's been a few changes to the map that could use review. If the change is intended, that's fine, but otherwise, whatever District has the lease ownership of Saltspar has lost oversight for one shop and two buildings with housing.

If that was intended, just ignore this.

Restful Mind: Rooms/Leases no longer under review of the controlling District, removing the ability to evict such.

Occulus Station: Rooms/Leases no longer under review of the controlling District, removing the ability to evict such.

The one shop directly attached to the outside of the Restful Mind is also no longer under review of the Controlling District.

The Restful Mind and the Occulus Station were never supposed to fall under the auction mechanics of the Land Brokerage, but with this said, next reset we are moving the Restful Mind under the Saltspar bidding process. This means the settlement that wins the auction for the Saltspar will have under its control the exterior area of the Saltspar, the Restful Mind, and the Prison.

The shop you mentioned should still be under control of the settlement. Can you confirm if this is really not the case?
