Use of the disguise_r does not seem to be changing my race from drow to Elf and i have a 33 bluff and fully covered. Am i missing something?

I believe you also need to be fully covered and there is a hidden check for the examining player.

You have to be disguised as well for this to work. Anyone checking for you, has to also wait 10 minutes for the disguise check refresh if they examined you before you disguised.

Using the command "-cover state" will tell you what parts are not covered for your racial disguise to work.
