Jotun Boon carry capacity not working?

Description of Bug Experienced:
Per a recent adjustment, the Jotun Boon was changed:

• Giant / Jotun Boon:
  • Lost Attributes.
  • Lost Saves.
  • Lost Skills.
  • Gained 30lb's of carry capacity.

The 30lbs of carry capacity does not seem to work?

On my character, that has the boon, my carry capacity is 120 at 9 strength, 138 at 11 strength.

Making a new character on PGCC, these values are the same, rather than 30 higher for my character with the boon.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

1. Acquire the boon.
2. Carry capacity remains unchanged.

Expected Result:

1. Carry capacity higher by 30lbs.

Actual Result:

1. No change to carry capacity.

Due to engine limitations, the additional carry capacity is being subtracted from the total weight of your items, not added to the maximum.
