Description of Bug Experienced:
out-of-combat movement speed bonus isn't working form me.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
travel domain divine champion
Expected Result:
have extra movement speed out of combat
Actual Result:
don't have extra movement speed out of combat

Just like Clerics, Divine Champions currently need to invest 18+ levels in their domain class to unlock this ability.
is this unique for this ability alone or all domain powers?

Various abilities have level requirements. I left them in place when I coded the Divine Champion update, but tried to update the domain descriptions where possible. Seems like this one got missed.
