Description of Bug Experienced:
My character, when going to PGCC, is not able to select the Loremaster class despite meeting the requirements. with
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Checked requirements. Race is Green Hag, base int 16 with Gift of Learning for a base of 18. Leveled up Cleric (Cloistered), prereqs taken.
Expected Result:
Loremaster selectable 
Actual Result:
Loremaster no selectable

Additional Information/Notes
Sadness. Not checked on Live by advice of DM Witch.
I did -relevel the character back to 20 on PGCC, got them to 21, took a dot of Lore, then was able to take this at 22. In other words, using -relevel let me get it, but not checked this on Live.
