Description of Bug Experienced:
On C&P server, tried to log in and change my outfit for the day. It let me change to the first design I chose, then after that I get an error for any further attempt to change the appearance.
I can hear the noise from where it unequips and then re-equips the item but no change of appearance happens
It is also showing the error message that the command cannot be used again for 6 seconds. I waited about fifteen minutes between trying again, and still the same message.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Log in
Use -appearance to change outfit to saved outfit
use -appearance again to change to a different look (this is when the error occurred)
Expected Result:
It should cycle through each appearance I try
Actual Result:
Error: "Error while adjusting appearance of item"

This is the outfit I'm trying to get (the first one it let me apply to my plate, but it will not apply to a 2nd piece of cloth - which I have had no issues doing before)
This is the error message I receive after the initial change, for any other change I try regardless of base armor.
