I made a goblin character in the underdark, and I am seeing ads on the message boards for shopping in sencliffe. The ad says sencliffe is a racially neutral town where monster races are welcome as long as they don't start trouble. However, I cannot for the life of me seem to figure out how to get there. I've tried renting a boat, but I can only sail to the crows nest. Selciffe is not appearing as an option for destinations.
How does an underdark character make their way to sencliffe? Also, does this racial neutrality extend to the crows nest as well, or only sencliffe specifically?

You're on the right track, you need to get on a ship and sail to Sencliff. The sailing system isn't intuitive so basically you'll need to:
Raise the sails to full using the rigging selectable thing on the ship
Set the direction you're sailing in with the ships wheel (You can click on the map or charts available on each ship to see where things are and your ships position in relation to them, then navigate from there)
Keep in mind you start at the center of the map, even when you're in the Treadstone Locks.
The location of Sencliff is something you'll want to ask around IC for. Most characters have some idea, so you'll probably quickly find someone. Others might be able to conjure you there or show you alternative methods of getting to the island.

Keep in mind neutral dont mean safe....
All else you can easily do FOIG style especially as a Goblin... Hint.... Ask other goblins and underdarkers. If yer an UD toon you should have access to the Hub where you can ask IC'ly people.
