Defiler Cleric - Armor Spell Failure Penalty

Description of Bug Experienced:
Defiler Path states

Armor Proficiency: Shield, Light, and Medium Armor

Can use up to Large Shield without inducing Spell Failure

All caster paths do not suffer from spell failure if equipped with heavier armor.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
be defiler path, equip light armor or large shield.

Expected Result:
no spell failure

Actual Result:
spell failure

I tried to replicate this, but it's working just fine in the PGCC.
Defiler clerics seem to be able to use medium armor and large shields together without incurring spell failure.
