What it says on the tin.
Both are divine classes that have select deities they can choose from already. Being required to take gift of devotion in order to establish a proper altar / shrine to the appropriate spirit or deity is nothing but a hindrance imo. GoD should be an add-on for these divine classes so they can branch out from their appropriate pools of deities to choose from. Not a requirement.
It can be argued cleric gets it because of organised religion, but they're also allowed to be clerics of certain spirits and nature deities as well.
It's a nice QoL at the very least.
