Brogendenstein Trade Hall Merchant Placement

Many a story weaver has been plagued by Ragnar spouting off the Trade Prices and less so by Gulinia and Jordor fattening visitor's pockets. Could Ragnar be moved closer to Khadgar's admin desk near the Hall of Legends?

I'll approve it, but not just for Brogendenstein. All warehouse NPCs should have their conversation made private, it spams the chat window far too much. Writ NPCs are guilty of this too.
