Description of Bug Experienced:
My character is currently a Cleric with the Evangelist path, but I do not have Bard levels yet.
Using -toolbars, I placed all my bard songs on vertical bars.
I wanted to select the option that deactivates the songs from automatically being used when I click the button, but that option isn't in my -toolbar settings under Other Settings.
However, another character who is an Evangelist Cleric with Bard levels checked, and the option was present in Other Settings, so it must be dependent on the presence of Bard levels. That isn't really helpful for Evangelist Clerics, though!
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be a Cleric with Evangelist path. Add Bard Songs to -toolbar. Attempt to deactivate auto-cast.
Expected Result:
The option is available in Other Settings.
Actual Result:
The option is not available in Other Settings.
