Crimson Count(es) dark claim doesn't switch to entropy against bleeding immune enemies

Post by cornelius_4 »

Description
When trying the Crimson Count(es) Harbinger variant and reading on the wiki that Dark Claim should be able to damage bleeding immune enemies, I tried Dark Claim on an undead and on a construct, but neither of them took any damage from Dark Claim.

The wiki writes that Dark Claim should switch to entropy damage for those that are immune to bleeding damage.

Steps to reproduce
Make a Crimson Count(es) Harbinger and use Dark Claim on a bleeding immune enemy

Expected result
The target starts taking entropy damage each round

Actual result
The target took no damage, though those that could bleed did take bleeding damage.

Notes
Tested on win 10 in the underdark

A fix for this is in the pipeline.

A further update on this:
Apparently it was decided some time ago to remove the entropy component of the spell entirely; the wiki was not updated correctly.
I'll update the wiki to reflect this is intended.
