Spell ID for Elemental Overcharge needs to be reviewed

Description
When using the Spell ID 1832 for Elemental Savant (Elemental Overcharge), it does not seem to be included in the series of spells cast. I presume that the spell ID needs to be fixed or included unless I am mistaken then the wiki needs to be updated to reflect the correct spell ID.

Expected Result
Elemental Savant (Elemental Overcharge) cast alongside series of spells queued.

Actual Result
Elemental Savant (Elemental Overcharge) is missing from the series.

Steps to reproduce
Use Spell ID 1832 as part of the spells queued for the -sq console command.

The spell ID is precisely 1832. You should be able to confirm this by using -sq debug.

it is 1832 but you cant use it in a spell sequence, it says there are no uses available even when cd is available.
