Character Level Cantrips

Make cantrips calculate character levels instead of caster levels, they're not that powerful, the best damage you'll do is 10d6 of an element or heal 10d3 damage, neither is game breaking. There's a lot of builds that dip and end up with a handful of cantrips that never get used because 1d6 or 1d3 for a level 30 is negligible.
