No Peity on T&D Deity attunement

Post by Kazerthan »

I have noticed recently after making a change in attunement to my deity I am no longer receiving any piety when I am either walking around in disguise or sneaking. My character is set to Akadi which has both T&D and Nature domain, but I am uncertain what would be causing the issue to not grant piety anymore.

When you use the -date command, you'll see info like: "Your patron is [God 1] and you are also venerating [God 2]." If you are venerating a second god (aka attunement), you'll get piety from their aspects instead. That's what is likely happening here, your secondary god isn't a Trickery and Deceit deity.

Interesting I was not aware that the secondary would override the primary in this case, but it makes sense now. I could easily just flip what I have and just take the piety hit temporarily until it rebuilds. Thanks for the help!

Characters:

Richter Vann, Commoner citizen of Guldorand (Active)
Zoluum Steelscale, Troglodyte Scourge (Active)
Kazerthan Farun, Paladin of Tyr (Deceased)

You can also just unattune to regain your primary. Attunement is meant to be flexible and free. Do so via the rest menu.
