Very simple.
Add Flasks of Oil, Ingots, Glass Bottles and Glass Vials to auto-loot options as these are generally useful and would be of interest to be looted by some people.

Approved for additions as autoloot options.
Also approving a review of existing autoloot options to split them out more since it is not entirely clear at times how some do multiple things.
