Amphibious Characters Diving Without a Bell

So diving! Fun stuff! Currently everyone needs to get into the Diving Bell in order to reach the diving maps.
Aquatic elves and water genasi also need to take the Steel Bubble down to do so.
I had a thought of there being an option either on the bell or as a command for an amphibious character to be able to dive down without it. Alternatively for the 'Jump Overboard' option to land an amphibious character somewhere on the diving map though getting back would be a little awkward if they don't have any lenses or means of teleporting on hand.
Minor suggestion but thought it was a fun idea.
