I find that this goes extremely fast and I was wondering if it was meant to be like that. My character serves at the Eagle Inn and I have been behind the bar every single RL day, still today I get the message I've not been active enough behind the bar to keep my rank and lost it. This is the second time now I lost Bartender rank when I have still been behind the bar. If it's meant to work like this, I think the deterioration for the ranks is way too fast. This would have someone needing to be behind the bar several hours a day almost from what it seems like.
Is there any way this can be slowed down or maybe provide more transparency what the actual requirements are to keep or advance a rank? Rn it just seems way too fast.
It is both time behind the bar and drinks poured from the bar, together. So the more you pour the longer you will remain at that rank.
I exist to describe the world around us.
Akorae - Traveling to find happiness. Yrsa Hakondottir - returned to Ruathym Xifali'ae - sleeping with the fishies Keth'ym Evanara - wandering better paths Veriel Xyrdan - married and happy Reena Welkins - dead
It took me weeks to get bartender and a week to lose it despite spending time behind the bar and pouring drinks. I'd be really interested to see how much is needed to keep or progress. It really does feel way too quick and disheartening.

Read the wiki. It explains everything. I also sent you a PM explaining as well.
