Why? because its the same as esfk hide, and move silent, taken separately but cut in half.

Just to be certain, are you aware that taking skill focus/epic skill focus hide or move silently automatically grants the other?

So taking epic skill focus hide gives epic skill focus move silently, and vice versa. The same is true for skill focus hide/move silently, and those also give +5. Thus taking skill focus hide gives skill focus move silently automatically, and both give +5, thus you already get +5 to both
