On my Dragon Disciple character, the wings have disappeared. Tested the character on the PGCC before making it, everything seemed normal and fine, spent a while leveling him on the live servers, got the wings, everything fine and dandy, now they are gone.

Try removing and switching the cloak slot, and relogging between shuffling attempts.
There was some code about the cloak that we were eyeing, but I don't think it was updated.

Thank you, logging out with the cloak unequipped seems to have solved it
