I thought the issue was fixed, but it is apparently only fixed on my side. I can get the wings to show on my character by relogging with cloak unequipped, but no one else will see them.

The answer is unfortunately still the same.
You need to set your cloak to use one of the invisible models and relog.

It seems we had some backend shenanigans with cloaks.
We should have an update today, and I'd appreciate to hear if this solved the issue, or at least reverted it to the previous logic where you need to set the 'invisible' cloak appearance.
