After making a 7 Paladin 7 Weaponmaster, 16 Divine Champion. I noticed that while using only potions my Dispel CL was 30. After using the divine champion forge domain power my dispel CL was reduced to 7. It seems to reduce to either my Paladin or WM CL and not related to my Levels in Divine Champion.
This makes using my domain power rather troublesome as even low level enemies remove all my zoo buffs and barkskin/shield/mage armour more or less in one spell.
I have not tested but I believe this will also affect people who put the full 20 levels into Divine Champion.
