I would take a screen shot, but there is a lack of functionality. It is 10pm EST, Nov 5th and chat in The Hub is not working. You type something, press enter, and nothing. NPCs and quick voice commands works, but nothing else.

Can confirm, for some reason chat in the hub isn't working. The game thinks it's working - you can still use speedy messenger npcs - but chat doesn't show up in the player ui or above character heads unless you're outside of the main hub area.

I have seen this happening in other places. It's an extremely rare occurrence, and a reset fixes it.
