Watchmen in GUldorand not Patrolling

The Watchment in Guldorand are not patrolling the square noe the Freeport

Areas; guldcityA and guldcityB

Up until about two weeks ago, the watchment walked a route around teh square and one through the Freeport now the one in the Freeport merely stands near the docks transition. The one for the square stands near the road to Myon. It's possible they were fixed in place for some event and not reactivated?

This also includes the city watchman inside the city market.

Area; guldcitinmarket

Watchman just stands. used to walk a large circle around the market.

The Guard NPCs in Cordor are also standing in place instead of patrolling.

While I could understand watchmen dissapearing as part of a plot, I'm not sure them going from 'Walking around' to 'standing still where they used to walk around' is a narrative development.

Temporarily back to Arelith and currently 'Hanna'.

I personally found it really annoying to RP while the watchmen tried to walk into you or scream-jump right in front of your face because of the bug. I think it is good thing they just stand in place now.

I understand the annoyance... every settlement seems to have that problem... However, by just standing in place... there is literally NO wtachmen in the square for Guldorand...and the one in the Freeport is all teh way at the docks. There is NO chance of them intercepting anything.

It might be better to alter their patrolling path to interfer less witht he natural flow of characters, but not this.
