Description of Bug Experienced:
The Warlock's radial Eldritch Summon can be summoned even in No Magic Zones.
EDIT: Eldritch blast also does not respect no magic zones despite being a spell and magic.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but nothing in the documentation for the Eldritch Summon suggests that it's intended to have the special effect of being able to be summoned in anti-magic zones, which is a significant enough of a boon that you'd expect it to be mentioned. It's described as a radial spell, so I would expect it to have the same limitations as any other spell.
Notably, I've seen this used to arguably exploit around the Slave Pit fights. When a PC pulls the lever to initiate the next fight, all summons are instantly dismissed without save. The design is clearly intended that YOU are fighting, not something else on your behalf. A warlock with Eldritch Summon will pull the lever and then bring in their Eldritch Summon, which will do the fight for the PC.
Expected Result:
The summoning would fail in a no-magic area.
Actual Result:
You can summon the Eldritch Summon in no-magic areas.
