Characters should not be able to easily remove blood without any involved RP or necessary items for cleaning blood from surfaces. Pools of blood are meant to be a tool to provide players outside of the experience an opportunity to potentially continue the roleplay by deducing who the player's killer may have been via the evidence, even if that character's corpse/bones have been bashed. This can't be done and is a waste of -investigate's potential when any character can clean pools of blood at whim.
