Elemental Avatar requires epic spell casting which is granted at level 21 Cleric, but despite meeting all the criteria for the feat it is absent from the list. The image contains my class levels and I have max spellcraft.
What should happen:
Elemental Avatar should be available at L21 Cleric
What actually happens:
Elemental Avatar is excluded from the list where all other epic spells are available.
I've seen similar bugs before and I think it's because the feat needs to be taken on a cleric level. Don't know if that's intended or if there is a work around, but try that and see if it solves the problem.

I should've added that! This was taken at L30 character but L21 cleric and the feat wasn't available.
