Issue with commoner and gift of devotion

Hello!

I am trying to create a rock gnome commoner following Pisaethces. I have gift of devotion and am lawful evil, so should have the option to select her as a primary deity, but I don't get the option. Interestingly, I did not have this problem with a rock gnome cleric with gift of devotion.

If it matters, my three gifts are:

• Gift of devotion
• Gift of wealth
• Gift of craftsmanship

Pisaethces is an Eldritch Patron, which on Arelith is restricted to warlocks and blackguards beyond level ten. Gift of devotion does not open up the option.
