Simply put, grant Rangers Keen Senses at some point in the epics. I can't think of a class that better fits something labeled 'keen-senses' and this would grant Non-Elvish Rangers the chance to truly make use of the decent spot bonuses that the class gets. Seeing as Harbinger gets Keen Senses from its Ranger synergy - Ranger itself should get it.
