Blade Thirst Losing Vamp Regen After Server Transition

Description of Bug Experienced:
Ranger's Blade Thirst spell does not properly keep the On Hit: Vampiric Regen property after server transition.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

1. Cast Blade Thirst on a weapon (tested with both enchanted and base weapons).
2. Transition to another server.
3. Equip/unequip your weapons until the On Hit property is lost. The Enhancement bonus and the spell VFX will remain.

Expected Result:
Keeping all properties.

Actual Result:
Losing the property titled "On Hit: Unique Power (OnHit) Level 1 (Temporary)"

Additional Information/Notes:
While troubleshooting, it wasn't always as straightforward as just transitioning and seeing the property gone, so here's what just happened about 5 minutes ago in as exact detail as I can manage.

1. Start on Guldorand server (Freeport) map. My character is a level 30 ranger that should have 1 real life hour of Blade Thirst at a rate of 2 turns/level.
2. Equip bronze weapon in both hands.
3. Cast Blade Thirst x 2, once on my character and once on the off-hand weapon directly.
4. Observe the following properties on weapon:
   
5. Walk through transition onto Surface server with weapons still in-hand.
6. Observe that the above properties are both still on weapon.
7. Walk back through transition to Guldorand server.
8. Enter nearby freeport cave and hit a few enemies. Vamp regen property still mechanically functioning properly.
9. Unequip weapons, run back through same transition to Surface server.
10. Run down dock, take boatman to Brog, enter Brog Wood map.
11. Equip weapons, observe only the following properties:
    
    Red Blade Thirst VFX still present on both weapons.

NOTES: Total elapsed time from Step 1 to Step 11 is approx 5-10 minutes. The spells should last 1 real life hour. My guess is either that the equipping and unequipping process is stripping the property after server transition, or the duration for that specific property is reverting to some very low number that fell off right around the time I decided to equip the weapons.

Additionally (and this is very important), if you do this same exact sequence of events with Bless Weapon or almost any other weapon enchantment, it's fine. Nothing drops off the weapon. In fact, I tested it with Blade Thirst AND Bless Weapon to find that only the specific Vamp Regen property was lost, while the +5 enhancement and all the Bless Weapon perks were still on.

Having taken the time to test this a lot more since my post, here's an update:

1. Blade thirst your weapon.
2. Transfer servers.
3. Unequip your weapon and re-equip your weapon.

The On Hit property should now be gone, the enhancement bonus should still be there. I checked after transfer and the On Hit was still on my weapon. It was also still there after I unequipped it. ONLY on re-equip did it strip that property.
