Double clicking the spot skill in your Character Sheet Skills list will show your skill vs. breaking disguises. I have confirmed via Sincra in Discord that the code specifically exempts adding in True Sight and Clairvoyance/Clairaudience from the actual checks. However it appears the readout still lists the buffs from both spells as contributing which is highly misleading for players unaware of this change (as the in game text for these spells STILL does not list this change)
