Linking Characters to Accounts

Hello all,

I am trying to create a support ticket for a character of mine, but when I go to the support menu, I only see characters from back when I was still on NWN: Diamond.

Someone mentioned I needed to link my characters to my account, but I am struggling and my searching has not come up with something that has worked.

So I am hoping someone could help an old fart out!

For some reason I had to create a second forum account, but now all of my characters since NWN:EE are there.
